Overall, a strong experience, especially once I was transferred through. One note from a behavioural (DISC) lens: the initial front-end call style was very high-D in delivery assumptive, forceful, and structured around “can you do this now” conversation mechanics (e.g. “just quickly check your health app”). That style can feel transactional and disrespectful for some customers, regardless of intent. Cultural nuances absolutely influence communication style, and it’s worth factoring that into front-of-house roles. Once transferred, the consultant who handled my policy was excellent, clear, respectful, adaptive, and genuinely customer centred. Night and day difference. That interaction-built trust and confidence immediately. Worth reflecting on how opening call styles impact conversion and customer experience.

Highly recommend Javed from Compare Wise. He helped me switch from my current health provider which was not delivering me the right level of cover (nor providing me cost benefits). Javed was knowledgable and very helpful, explaining multiple options to me very thoroughly before recommending me to the best outcome for my personal needs. He took the time to understand me, didn't rush but equally didn't drag the process on longer than it needed to be. He was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you for your help Javed!

I have had a very positive experience with Compare Wise. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable with the information they provided me. Gabby Power was the consultant that I dealt with, and I have nothing but praise for the effort she put in to getting the best outcome for us despite some challenging actions from our previous health fund. Gabby went above and beyond to ensure that our health cover was continuous after our previous ceased our cover prematurely. Gabby was polite and professional in our dealings with her and was extremely patient when explaining all the intricacies of health cover. I would recommend Gabby and Compare Wise to anyone contemplating getting a better deal for themselves with their health coverage.
